Summary

BlueMesa builds software for markets where information is scattered across many platforms, catalogues and phone calls. It works the same way in each market: it builds a live, structured index, puts search on top of it, and then adds agent tools. Auctions are the first market.
Its public line is Building AI for physical markets.
§2 Product
The Auctioneer, at theauctioneer.ai, a single calendar for physical auctions. It indexes sessions and lots across platforms and jurisdictions, and refreshes hourly.

- BlueMesa Systems builds the systems people trade with. It does not trade, hold positions or custody assets.
- Stage
- Pre‑launch and pre‑revenue: index and infrastructure, not users or revenue. Any traction described here is index and infrastructure traction.

- Plain-language search is live in The Auctioneer (pre-launch).
§8 Definitions
- Agent
- Software that carries out a step of a buyer's work, such as searching or watching, while the buyer confirms anything that commits them.
- Index
- The structured record of a market: one entry per sale, lot and source, held together rather than one platform at a time.
- Lot
- One item, or one group of items, offered in a sale, with the terms it is offered under.
- Session
- A single scheduled auction sale on a source platform, with its own catalogue and its own terms.
- Source platform
- A platform or auction house that publishes its own sales, and that the index is built from.
- Structured index
- An index whose entries carry their fields as data — condition, provenance, settlement terms — rather than as a page to be read.
